All beds will be made up on your arrival. With linen, Towels, central heating and electricity being included in the price.
To provide you with that little extra on your arrival there will be a complimentary tea tray, flowers, fruit bowl, a bottle of wine and an initial supply of logs for those winter nights by the fire (a small charge will be made for extra logs).
Arrivals are after 3pm (Late arrivals can be arranged). Departures by 10am. The nearest public transport is at Ambergate (1 mile) both bus and train. If you are arriving late at night, breakfast provisions can be purchased on your behalf at a extra cost (just email me your shopping list at least 7 days before your stay).
The nearest local shop is 1mile(Ambergate) and nearest shopping town is 4 miles (Belper).
If you wish to look around the farm and see the cows being milked that can be arranged on arrival. We try to provide as much information within the cottage as possible, on local attraction and activity. And if there is anything particular you are interested in we will try our best to assist. We have a good range off ordnance survey maps if you wish to borrow them please let me know on your arrival. We would also ask people to refrain from smoking inside the cottage and no pets please. Both cottages have stair gates, fire guards, high chair and cots available and both cottages main water supply is natural spring water.
